به‌داخه‌وه ئاگادارتان ده‌که‌ینه‌وه‌ له‌ تێکچوونی بارودۆخی کوردستانی عێراق به‌ جۆرێک که‌ ئه‌مرۆ کوردستان به‌ جه‌نگه‌ڵستانێک ده‌چێت نه‌ک ئه‌وه‌ی ده‌وترا (عێراقێکی تر)، ئه‌مه‌ش له‌سه‌ر ده‌ستی پارتی ده‌موکڕاتی کوردستان، که‌ مه‌سعود بارزانی سه‌رۆکیه‌تی.

سه‌رنجتان ڕاده‌کێشێن بۆ چۆنیه‌تی ده‌ست پێکردنی ڕووداوه‌کان: مه‌لایه‌کی سه‌ر به‌ پارتی ده‌موکڕاتی کوردستان گوێگره‌کانی هانداوه‌ بۆ په‌لامار دانی باڕ و خانه‌کانی مه‌ساج له‌ زاخۆ له‌ پارێزگای دهۆک. ئه‌وه‌ی جێی سه‌رسوڕمانه‌، هاوکات ژماره‌یه‌کی زۆر له‌ ئه‌ندامانی پارتی له‌ ناوچه‌که‌ په‌لاماری باره‌گاکانی یه‌کگرتووی ئیسلامی کوردستان ده‌ده‌ن وه‌ هێزه‌کانی ئاسایشی سه‌ر به‌ پارتی هاوکاربوون له‌و هێرشانه‌. جگه‌ له‌ سوتانی چوار باره‌گای سه‌ره‌کی و باره‌گایه‌کی رێکخراوی گه‌شه‌پێدانی قوتابیانی کوردستان، هێزه‌کان ده‌یان ئه‌ندامی یه‌کگرتوویان ده‌ستگیر کردووه‌، که‌ ئه‌ندامی په‌رله‌مان عێراقییشیان تێدایه‌.

ئه‌مرۆ دیموکڕاسی له‌ کوردستان له‌ ژێر پرسیاردایه‌ له‌ ژێر حوکمی مه‌سعود بارزانیدا، ئه‌و دیموکراسیه‌ی به‌ هه‌زاران سه‌ربازی ئه‌مریکی و به‌ریتانی گیانی خۆیان بۆ کردووه‌ به‌ قوربانی له‌ عێراق، که‌چی ئه‌وی ئه‌مڕۆ ده‌یبینین جگه‌ له‌ حوکمی غابات هیچی تر نیه‌. مایه‌ی شه‌مه‌زاریه‌ بۆ ئه‌مریکا و به‌ریتانیا که‌ هاوپه‌یمانی پارتی بن، ئه‌و پارتیه‌ی باوه‌ڕی به‌ حوکمی قانون و فره‌یی سیاسی و بنه‌ماکانی دیموکڕاسی نیه‌، به‌ڵکو گیانی رق لێبوونه‌وه‌ بلاو ده‌که‌نه‌و وپشتگیری خوێنڕێژی ده‌که‌ن و پاکتاوی ڕکه‌به‌ره‌ سیاسیه‌کانیان ده‌که‌ن.

ئێمه‌ له‌ یه‌کگرتووی ئیسلامی، که‌ حیزبێکی سیاسی ناتوند و تیژ و مۆدێرن و میانه‌ڕه‌وین و هاوکار بوون له‌ ته‌شکیلکردنی عێراقی نوێ و ئه‌ندامی ئه‌نجومه‌نی حوکمی کاتی عێراق بووین، داوا له‌ ئه‌مریکا و به‌ریتانیا و فه‌ڕه‌نسا و نه‌ته‌وه‌ یه‌کگرتووه‌کان ده‌که‌ین به‌ په‌له‌ ته‌داخول بکه‌ن تا کۆتایی به‌م کاره‌ساته‌ بێنن که‌ پارتی ده‌ستی داوه‌تێ، وه‌ کۆتایی به‌ سیاسه‌تی پاکتاوی نه‌یاره‌سیاسیه‌کان بهێنن که‌ له‌سه‌ر ده‌ستی پارتی به‌ڕێوه‌ ده‌چێت.

به‌ فرسه‌تیشی ده‌زانین داوا له‌ هاوڵاتیانی به‌ریتانی و فه‌ره‌نسی و ئه‌مریکی بکه‌ین سه‌ردانی کوردستانی عێراق نه‌که‌ن چونکه‌ بارودۆخی هه‌رێم ته‌واو ترسناکه‌.

Instability and Insecurity in Iraq Kurdistan

We regret to inform you about the recent deteriorating situations in Iraqi Kurdistan which have turned Kurdistan a wilderness, rather than the ‘other Iraq‌, at the hand of Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP), headed by Masoud Barzani.

The events start after a Mullah, who is a member of KDP, encouraged his audience to attack bars, pubs and prostitution houses in Zaxo, Duhok Province. In the meantime, surprisingly, a large number of KDP members in the region attacked the headquarters of Kurdistan Islamic Union (KIU), and the security forces, who are backed by KDP, have helped the attacks. Apart from setting four main offices of KIU and a student organisation headquarter on fire, those security forces arrested dozens of members of KIU, including members of Iraqi Parliament.

Today the democracy in Kurdistan is to be questioned under the rule of Masoud Barzani, the democracy for which thousands of American and British servicemen sacrificed in Iraq, but what we see today is no more that the rule of the wilderness. It is a shame for the United States and the United Kingdom to have an alliance such as KDP who do not believe in the rule of law, political diversity and democratic principles, instead, they spread hatred,  back bloodshed and cleanse their political rivals.

We, as Kurdistan Islamic Union, a non-violent, modern and moderate political party who have helped to shape the structure of the New Iraq after the US invasion in Iraq, being a member of Iraqi Interim Council, urgently demand the United Nations, the United States, the United Kingdom and France to intervene and put the atrocities happening at the hand of KDP into an end and stop the cleansing political rival policy practiced by KDP.

We would like to also take advantage of this letter to inform your citizens not to travel to Iraqi Kurdistan as the situation is too dangerous.
